Fivenines have provided us with our IT solutions for over 11 years – over this time we have seen radical changes in how we work and have focused on IT solutions to enable us to provide a better and more efficient service.
During this time, Fivenines have constantly facilitated the best solutions for our needs; they have provided a first class consultation service.
From our first hosting account 10 years ago through to our latest E-Commerce store with over 6,500 products – Fivenines have been with us every step of the way. We work closely each week and feel they have integrated with our company and become part of our team.
Either with advice or adapting our solutions to meet new demands, we have found their service to be exemplary.
We chose Fivenines as we found them to be highly knowledge in the field of cloud computing and also very competitively priced. From the initial consultancy stages to the final handover of this project we were kept informed of all the relevant stages. I am very happy to say that the entire project ran smoothly and we are now is a position to work from any location including home offices with the peace of mind that out company data and e-mail is secure and safe.
I have no hesitation is recommending Fivenines to any company that is embarking on, or considering moving their information assets and IT into the cloud.
Ashleigh Signs have been using Fivenines for IT consultancy as our outsourced IT department since 2009. They have provided solutions such as a bespoke mobile application for improved mobile fixing team collaboration, IT equipment and infrastructure upgrades and also project managed the IT element of our recent move to our new office / manufacturing facility in Normanton.
Fivenines have worked closely alongside Ashleigh Signs to understand our business and our requirements. We know and trust them and we are always sure to get a personal, friendly and professional service.
Fivenines have been instrumental in supporting the strategic direction of Appris.
Since 2011, with 14 staff, we have developed an engineering training centre with first class IT resources. Four years later we now employ 30 staff with 100 terminals for students to access over cloud based technology, segregated servers for staff and learners and all backed up remotely and supported by Fivenines.
As an apprenticeship provider we must also comply with the Governments Prevent strategy of safeguarding learners from accessing inappropriate information online. Again, Fivenines were able to implement a content filtering system that met Ofsted’s requirements of safeguarding learners.
