O2 scraps mobile tethering surcharges

O2 has finally decided to do what everyone who needs mobility wanted for years… allow tethering and to use their data allowance in whatever fashion they like. The flip-flop is likely down to Apples adverts pushing the new “Personal Hotspot” which came with iOS 4.3.
Users of iPhones can now tweak their contracts (hopefully without extra charge – like me) to include tethering for no extra cost.
