Fivenines believes in a proactive approach to IT Support however there are often occasions where non-support customers need our help too. We provide emergency support to these customers on a pay as you go basis. Fivenines provides the same quality levels of service as we do for full support customers and we are able to respond quickly when issues or faults arise.
